The Quake Plus+ surplus lines earthquake policy is available in California.

Quake Plus+ Single Limit (Full Coverage) with Policy Limits up to $7.5m

QUAKE PLUS+ SINGLE LIMIT (FULL)

A single limit policy provides one limit for all coverages combined in your policy, with Policy Limits up to $7.5m. This policy offers more flexibility to use your coverage where you need it most after an event.

Coverage for the structure and attached features of your home.

Your Other Structures

Included, policy limits up to $7.5m
Coverage for the external structures not attached to your home, like a detached garage or fence. This coverage can be excluded if you purchase our Limited coverage policy.

Included, policy limits up to $7.5m
This coverage protects your personal belongings inside of your home. Or, choose our Limited coverage policy that includes $50,000 max.

Loss of Use

Included, policy limits up to $7.5m
We cover your additional living expenses, like housing, if your home is uninhabitable after an earthquake. Or, choose our Limited coverage policy that includes $15,000 max.

Limited Building Code Upgrade

$50K included; option to increase up to 5% of Single Limit
